Stay connected with our outpatient follow-ups, ensuring continuity of care and addressing any concerns or challenges you may encounter. We meet weekly at noon on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Offering free Narcan training sessions to equip individuals in recovery, their loved ones, and community members with life-saving skills to effectively respond to opioid overdoses, promoting harm reduction and supporting safer environments for all.
